So many good eats and drinks in the city. Shwarma and falafel for lunch yesterday and supper at a small Thai restaurant last night. Hot chocolate and an old fashioned donut this morning!

Here we are at the first Salt Spring in the City show at the Heritage Hall on. Main Street in Vancouver! Surrounded by a talented group or artisans and crafts people, you can find hand crafted jewellery ,jams and preserves, cheeses and coffee, baby wear, accessories, soaps and oils, potter,y satchels, and , of course, wooden toys and woolly hats.

It runs all weekend until 5pm on Sunday.
